The purchase procedure is carried out through a secure purchase process. The customer will select the products he wishes to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. At the end of the selection of the products, the customer will fill in his exact details in the designated place on the website. Filling in false personal information and/or false credit information constitutes a criminal offense. Also, failure to fill in accurate details for delivery may result in the fact that it will not be possible to deliver the ordered products for the right reason and in such a case there will be no claim and/or demand against the company.
After placing the order Order confirmation will be sent to the customer's email address. The company does its best to deliver each product ordered. However, if the ordered product is not in stock, the company will contact the customer by email or phone and inform him of this. In this case, the customer will not be charged for the transaction. Cancellation of a transaction

If the order has already been sent out from Merry Steps, the customer will be credited for the price of the purchased goods only, the shipping cost will not be credited.
If the order has already been sent out from Merry Steps and the customer had a ‘free delivery’ option, cancellation of the order involves an additional shipping and handling cost of NIS 29.90.
The property or the customer received property subject to the transaction, will be returned to the company.
It will be clarified that if the product is returned in poor condition, the company reserves the right to claim damages due to the fact that the value of the product has decreased as a result of a significant deterioration in its condition..

Warranty
Merry Steps provides a warranty for the products purchased on the site for three months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").
