Deliveries & returns
DELIVERY
1. When you purchase from the website, you can take advantage of fast delivery to your door within 1-4 working days. Delivery charges are 29.90 NIS for orders equal or less than 449 NIS.
Shipping for orders equal or over 450 NIS is FREE for the customer.
Home delivery will be made with an external delivery company. Deliveries will be made to the areas where the external delivery company is operating, and all are subject to the policy of the external delivery company, including the commitment to the delivery date.
It is not possible to change the address once the parcel has been handed over to the external delivery company.
The deal can be canceled within 14 days from the day of receiving the product according to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned it in its original packaging with the attached labels, it has not been used, and it is intact, without injury, damage, and defect of any kind and type, along with an invoice.
- In order to receive a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. In the case of cancellation for a refund, the company will collect a cancellation fee from the customer at the rate/total of the lower of 5% of the cost of the purchased products or 100 NIS, and this in relation to each such cancellation.
- In order to receive a credit (deposit), the product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. The credit amount (deposit) can be used for a future purchase within 1 year.
- In above mentioned cases, if products have been already dispatched the customer will bear the full shipping cost of the products from the company to the customer.
- The company will be entitled to deduct the aforementioned amounts from the payment that will be returned to the consumer after the return.
- A refund through the website will be credited to the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
In case of exchange you must contact the company via the email service@merry-steps.com or with a form on the website as soon as possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. You must email us with full details of your enquiry and order (please indicate the order number and the new size you are interested in).
In order to exchange for another item, the product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it in its original packaging with the attached labels, it has not been used, and it is intact, without injury, damage, and defect of any kind and type, along with an invoice.
If you wish to return or exchange goods with a delivery company, we will arrange collection for you with an external delivery company - just email us on service@merry-steps.com and we will get back to you with a response via email. Return or exchange by courier cost 45 NIS (and 53 NIS in case of second-time and following exchange).
The company at its discretion might offer special terms of exchange delivery (like one-time free size or model exchange delivery within 3 days after initial delivery). If after this free exchange delivery the deal is canceled or one more return is required by the customer, the return delivery costs apply to the customer only.
